A 39-year-old has been charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand
WARWICK TOWNSHIP - A woman from Woodstock has been charged after she was pulled over in Warwick Township.
The Lambton OPP got a traffic tip about a vehicle in Forest at around 5:45 p.m. on Friday, and officers were able to pull it over Nauvoo Road shortly afterward.
Police say the driver was showing signs that they had been drinking, so officers requested a breathalyzer test.
The 39-year-old has since been charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand. She's also facing a 90-day licence suspension, her vehicle was impounded for a week and she has a court date in Sarnia in September.
