Officers were called to Springbank Ave this morning about a suspicious man packing heat. Turns out the man was carrying a pellet gun and police also found a pipe and crystal meth on his person.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police arrested a man with what turned out to be fake gun in the area of Springbank Ave on Tuesday morning.
Police were called about a suspicious man packing heat around 11:00 am. Upon investigating police say the weapon turned out to be a black Crossman .22 pellet gun. They also found a pipe and crystal meth on the suspect.
The 37 year old man was arrested on the following charges:
- Possession of an Imitation Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose – Pellet Gun
- Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance – Methamphetamine
