Jim Longo won $50,000 while playing Instant Bingo Doubler on Christmas Day.
WOODSTOCK - A Woodstock man is $50,000 richer.
Jim Longo won the prize of an Instant Bingo Doubler, and it was a great Christmas present as he played the ticket on Christmas Day.
Longo told OLG officials that he would never forget the moment when he checked his ticket.
"I couldn't see the screen clearly and hollered for my wife to come see. She said it was a $50,000 win. I went straight to the store to verify the ticket."
He said telling his family was one of the best parts because they were so happy for him.
Longo bought the scratch ticket from the Shell on Norwich Ave and he is planning on using his winnings to pay some bills and go on a trip with his wife.
