The City of Woodstock will be paying around $80,000 for a new ice resurfacer for the Community Complex.
WOODSTOCK - The City of Woodstock is purchasing a new ice resurfacer for the Community Complex.
The brand new Olympia Ice Resurfacer will replace one of the older ones in the fleet. Director of Parks and Rec Brian Connors says the soon to be retired ice resurfacer has surpassed its 12 year life span.
"If we go any further, basically we'd be risking a major breakdown where it would actually cost us a lot more."
The brand new ice resurfacer will cost the city about $80,000.
