WOODSTOCK -  A Woodstonian is facing a list of charges after a single vehicle crash in their hometown.

Police say a motorcyclist was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a crash in the Cedar Street and Norwich Ave area on Thursday.

That's when the officers discovered that not only was the driver operating the motorcycle with multiple drivers licence suspensions, but the bike also wasn't insured, properly registered, and it had an unauthorized licence plate.

The 24-year-old has since been charged with careless driving, driving while under suspension, operating a vehicle with no insurance, and using a plate that's not authorized for a vehicle. His bike was also impounded for 45 days.

WOODSTOCK - The execution of outstanding warrants led to an arrest.

Woodstock Police were on patrol last Monday near Juliana Drive when they noticed a male wanted on several warrants. The man arrested, and while another search was happening, officers found several pieces of government-issued I.D. as well as a bank card, which did not belong to the accused.

As a result, a 46-year-old male from Woodstock has been charged with two counts of possession of Identity Documents.

The accused was held in custody pending a court appearance.
