The Woodstock Police have charged a Woodstock resident after using counterfeit money.
WOODSTOCK - A Woodstock resident is on the wrong side of the law.
On May 13th, Woodstock Police responded to the area of Norwich Ave and Montclair Drive after it was reported a person bought lottery tickets from a business using counterfeit money. Officers found the suspect this past Sunday at 12:55 p.m. and they had more fake money.
Now, the 33-year-old is facing a pair of charges including possessing counterfeit money and uttering counterfeit money.
