An Oxford County youth has been charged with animal cruelty in the "brutal killing" of a 6-week-old kitten. That from the Ontario SPCA, who are investigating the incident along with the OPP. It allegedly happened on October 30th in Ingersoll. The OSPCA is not releasing any other details with the case before the courts. The alleged offender cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
