Two teenagers are facing charges in connection with a graffiti spree in Tillsonburg. Several sites in the town were tagged with graffiti back on August 30th. That included Memorial Park, on 4th Street bridge, in Coronation Park and behind the arena. Two youths, a 16-year-old, and a 13-year-old boy were arrested yesterday. They each face two charges of mischief under $5000. The 13-year-old is also charged with failing to comply with the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He was held in custody overnight for a bail hearing today.
