Zehrs employees will be joined by community members when they walk from their store to the Oxford Animal Rescue in order to deliver large donation.
WOODSTOCK - Zehrs in Woodstock will be making a big donation to the Oxford County Animal Rescue as part of their Sea of Orange Campaign.
Employees and other members of the community will sport the colour orange and walk to the animal rescue on Tuesday. Manager Eva Hillsdon says they will be bringing $1,500 worth of donated product with them.
"We're going to be pushing buggy's wearing orange t-shirts, there's going to be a truck and a trike. Just a big thing to try and help out the animals because the animals can't help themselves."
Hillsdon tells Heart FM about some of the products they will be donating.
"I called them and asked them what they needed and they said the biggest need at the moment is kitty litter because they have 75 cats on hand. They also said treats, toys and blankets so we are going to donating all of that stuff."
If you would like to participate in the walk there is a sign up sheet at the Zehrs located at 969 Dundas Street.
