Dellan Millard facing two additional First degree murder charges

Nearly one year after Tim Bosma went missing, the man accused of first degree murder in the case, is facing two additional charges.

OPP announced today 28 year old Dellan Millard of Toronto, is now being charged with the first degree murder of both his father, Wayne Millard, and his former girlfriend Laura Babcock.

Millard's co-accused in the Bosma case, 25 year old Mark Smich of Oakville is also facing an additional first degree murder charge in Babcock's death.

Bosma vanished May 6th after taking two men on a test drive in the pickup truck he was trying to sell online.  Police later found his charred remains at Millard's farm.

OPP have also charged Millard's girlfriend, 21 year old Christina Noudga with being an accessory after the fact in Bosma's murder.

OPP have dubbed the multijurisdictional case as 'Project Capella'.
