PJHL - The Tavistock Braves beat Firebirds in the Game 1 of the Doherty Division Final last night 2-1.
Game 2 is scheduled for tomorrow night in New Hamburg. The puck will drop at the Wilmot Recreation Complex at 7:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, the Thamesford Trojans fell to the North Middlesex Stars in the Game 1 of the Yeck Division Final. The score was 5-2 in the end and Game 2 is scheduled for 7:45 p.m. tomorrow at the Komoka Community Wellness and Recreation Centre.
All of Thamesford's home games will be played in Komoka for the rest of the season because Zorra Township staff have already removed the ice at the Thameford Area Recreation Centre. You can read more about that online here.
