An Otterville man is facing charges after OPP were called to investigate a single car in the ditch on Potter's Road just east of Middletown Line.
A collision just east of Middletown Line has resulted in an impaired driving charge.
Oxford County OPP were altered by witnesses to a single vehicle in the pitch on Potter's Road. When they arrived at the scene they discovered a male driver - Thomas Poel of Otterville. A roadside breath demand was issued, the driver was arrested and his licence suspended for 90 days.
27 year old Poel is charged with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in the blood, driving while impaired, and breach of recognizance.
The accused has been released on a Promise to Appear.
