If you're driving in Woodstock or Oxford County, if you're on your cell phone, you're speeding or not paying attention, you are going to get stopped and you are going to get a ticket.
WOODSTOCK/OXFORD COUNTY - Woodstock Police and the Oxford OPP are teaming up once again this morning for Operation Zero.
Sergeant Jeff Ferrell with the Oxford OPP says this is team effort.
"We are out today with the Woodstock Police service in a partnership to promote Operation Zero, we are going to work together to enforce traffic laws, both in Oxford County and the City of Woodstock."
Officers from both detachments are working working together to target speeders, distracted drivers, people not wearing a seat belt and impaired drivers. Constable Ed Sanchuk says this operation is all about safety.
"I'm really hoping that people pay attention, wear there seat belts, stay off the cell phones, no aggressive driving, no speeding and everyone will get to work safely and more important get home safely to your families."

Operation Zero started yesterday morning and will continue today.
