There will be lots of resources for those who are planning major life changes for themselves or a loved one.
WOODSTOCK - South Gate Centre is getting ready for its Best U Health Expo.
It's happening this Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with presentations from Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners, Century 21 Heritage House, and the Oxford Ontario Health Team.
The expo connects members of the community with local resources that can help with healthy aging, informed decision making, and overall wellbeing. It could be a great help for those who are planning major life changes for themselves or a loved one, and need to be aware of the different care options in the community.
Admission is free and there will be snacks and refreshments on site as well.
The Best U Health Expo, also known as the Seniors Active Living Fair, is a partnership between South Gate Centre nd the Older Adult Centres' Association of Ontario. It's also supported by funding from the province.
