OPP say highway 2 at the 31st line has re-opened to traffic following a Wednesday morning crash which killed a male driver.
Police say the collision between a vehicle and transport truck happened just after 4:30 this morning along Highway 2 between the 29th Line and 33rd Line, closing down the road for several hours.
The collision occurred when the car travelling westbound crossed the centre line into the path of the tractor trailer travelling eastbound.
The male driver of the car was transported to a local hospital where he died of injuries.
He's been identified as 31 year old Justin Van Asselt of Thamesford.
The stretch of Highway 2 re-opened just after 11:00 AM Wednesday
