The Oxford OPP caught an impaired driver on the streets of Tillsonburg this morning.
TILLSONBURG - A R.I.D.E. check in Tillsonburg results in charges.
The Oxford OPP were on Broadway Street this morning, and at 1:30 a.m., they witnessed a driver displaying signs of impairment. As a result, a 59-year-old South-West Oxford man was taken into custody and is facing counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, operation while impaired, and operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
He was released from custody and will appear in a Woodstock Courtroom in May.
