OPP lay charges following Friday crash that left one man dead in Tillsonburg.
TILLSONBURG -- A careless driving charge has been placed on a Brantford man following a fatal crash involving a recycling truck and an e-bike in Tillsonburg last week.
52 year old Harvey Collet of Tillsonburg was killed after the e-bike he was riding collided with the truck on Lisgar Avenue just after 9:00 AM.
OPP say both the recycling truck and e-bike were southbound on Lisgar at the time of the crash.
After further investigation, 39 year-old Michael Sullivan of Brantford has been charged by OPP with careless driving.
