TILLSONBURG - Norfolk OPP are thanking a good Samaritan for helping them take an impaired driver from Tillsonburg off the road.
Police were called on Tuesday night from a concerned motorist about an erratic SUV heading westbound on Highway 3. When officers pulled over the SUV on Fernlea Side Road they determined the driver was impaired.
A 46 year old man from Tillsonburg was arrested and charged with operation while impaired and driving while under suspension.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Simcoe at a later date.
