The coronation ceremony for King Charles III will be taking place on Saturday May 6th. It will begin at 11:00 a.m. local time, which works out to 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time. You can find more details regarding the ceremony online here.
King Charles III is 74-years-old and he took over the throne after his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, passed away on September 8th, 2022. She was 96-years-old and her reign lasted 70 years.
