The Holy Trinity Church will be putting on their 27th annual Christmas pageant tonight, which will feature traditional Christmas carols from a children's choir and an adult choir.
WOODSTOCK - The community of Woodstock is invited to learn the true meaning of Christmas.
The concert will feature performances from both a children's and men's choir singing traditional Christmas carols.
Director Lydia DeMelo says the pageant brings the community together.
"It's a time for fellowship, and truly we're all a part of one big family and it's nice when we can all get together and join in singing and celebrating together. That togetherness is very important."
In addition to listening to Christmas songs, there will also be a social gathering following the concert with refreshments and Christmas karaoke.
This will be the 27th year the pageant is being performed. In comparison to past pageants, DeMelo says this year will be a little different.
"This year we're going to have it in a church. Sometimes we've had it in a church hall, but having it in a church gives the children more of the feeling of it being the true meaning of Christmas about baby Jesus."
The Holy Trinity Parish will be hosting the pageant. The concert begins at 7pm.
