Canada's Wonderland had a similar policy during the 2025 Halloween Haunt.
VAUGHAN - Parents may have to keep a closer eye on their kids when going to Canada's Wonderland.
The park announced a new chaperone policy for anyone aged 15 and under. It starts when the park opens on May 1 and starts at 4:00 P.M. every day, with the younger guests needing to be accompanied by someone 21 or older, with one chaperone being able to accompany up to 10 guests per day.
A temporary chaperone policy was in effect last fall due to tons of reports of fights and robberies happening inside the park, which prompted an increase in police presence.
Chaperones will need to present a valid government-issued ID that includes their date of birth when entering the park. The Code of Conduct states that chaperones must enter the park with their group and remain in the park
