Investigation of ditched vehicles leads to charges of impaired driving
An Ingersoll man is facing charges after allegedly ditching his car on a 401 ramp Thursday night.
At around 9PM, Middlesex OPP were called to the on ramp at Veterans Memorial Parkway where they found a vehicle in the ditch and a lone male occupant.
Police say they determined the driver was impaired. He was brought to the London detachment for breath tests, which he refused.
42-year-old Paul Colley of Ingersoll is charged with having care or control of a motor vehicle while impaired, refusing to provide a breath sample and driving while suspended.
