A teacher from Ashley Oaks Public School has been assigned to home duties pending the outcome of a voyeurism investigation.
LONDON - A London teacher has been charged with voyeurism after a camera concealed within a backpack was discovered.
The camera was found in a room that, although not technically designated as a change room, is commonly used as such. London police searched the camera and related computer equipment seized from a London home and found footage of two adults changing in that room. No images or video of children was discovered, but children at the school also have access to that area.
37 year old Jamie Gardiner, a teacher at Ashley Oaks public school, has been charged with two counts of voyeurism and has been assigned to home duties pending the outcome of a police investigation.
Thames Valley District school board has been cooperative with the proceedings, and has sent a letter home with students of the school.
