A new Chief Executive Officer and General Manager for Tillsonburg Hydro Inc. will start April 1st.
TILLSONBURG - An exciting change is set to happen at Tillsonburg Hydro Incorporated that according to the President of Tillsonburg Hydro Inc., David Calder, it will benefit the nearly 7,000 customers. "The major change that's taking place at the direction at the Board of Directors is to hire a Chief Executive Officer and General Manager for Tillsonburg Hydro Inc.. They went through a recruitment process and have appointed Mr. Mark Rosehart into that position with start effective April 1st".
Calder understood the growing size of the community needed to see a new position with added roles. "What he is bringing is leadership in terms of moving the utility forward. He will be expected to look at strategic items to expand its services, looking to ensure that the organization continues to meet it's regulatory compliance requirements, and ensuring that customer services is at the highest quality."
President of THI David Calder noted that this will be the first time in the 15 year history of the company a position like this will be needed. "Over the years the utility has matured in terms of its number of customers, its size in terms of revenue generation, and expenses. I think it really needs full time attention this individual will be able to provide 100% oversight to the utility and to the board of directors." Calder would like to thank all of their loyal customers during this transition period as the utility increases to better serve their customers.
