The Oxford County Courthouse will have a new judge in the New Year. Justice Matthew Edward Graham comes to Woodstock from a small claims court in Halton. He's a certified specialist in criminal litigation, called to the bar back in 1992. He's also credited with being one of the creators of a mental health court in Halton. Graham will replace Justice Marietta Roberts who retired in September after being a judge for 21 years.
