Oxford OPP have charged a 37 year old man from Malahide Township with voyeurism, after investigating an incident that took place in September 2016.
INGERSOLL - Oxford OPP have charged a 37 year old man from Malahide Township with voyeurism.
Their investigation began back in September of 2016, when they received a report of a peeping Tom in Ingersoll. A 17 year old girl had allegedly caught a man watching her through a bathroom window.
David Kamenar was recently charged as a result. He was released on an Officer in Charge Undertaking and will appear in court later this month.
