UPDATE: 3:34PM - Power has been restored at the school.
Parents with children at East Oxford Public School are being invited to pick their kids up early this afternoon.
The school has lost power, phone service and running water.
The Thames Valley District School Board says children are safe in the school, but parents can pick-up their kids early, if they wish.
The school does have emergency lighting and bottled water.
School buses will be running, as usual at 3:30PM.
The cause of the outage is not known at this time, but Thames Valley facility staff are looking to correct the problem.
