We currently have 1,574 active cases of COVID-19 in the Province of Ontario. The amount of people in the hospital from the virus continues a downward trend at 82.
ONTARIO - The Province of Ontario has confirmed 119 new cases of COVID-19 this morning, bringing the total number of cases in the Province to 38,799.
The Province also confirmed 1 new COVID-19 related death today and the total number of deaths now sits at 2,764. Meanwhile another 102 people have made a full recovery, bringing the total number of resolved cases to 34,461.
We currently have 82 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 30 are in the ICU. Right now the Province has 1,574 active cases and most of them are in Toronto, Peel, Ottawa and Windsor/Essex. The Province completed 24,664 tests yesterday.
