It happened during the 4 o'clock hour Friday afternoon.
Police say two suspects went to a Norwich Road home after answering to an ad for Pomeranian puppies.

The male suspect is described as having olive or light brown skin colour, 20 to 30 years of age, 5’4 to 5’6, stocky build, round face, dark brown hair, brown eyes and was wearing dark clothing.
The female suspect is described as white, approximately 5’4, slim build, long blond hair in a ponytail, slim face and was wearing a yellow top, dark pants and dark shoe-boots.
The vehicle is described as an older, small white vehicle.
