Three people facing charges after a stolen vehicle was recovered in Ingersoll
INGERSOLL - A vehicle stolen from London earlier this month has been recovered following a traffic stop in Ingersoll.
27 year old Nicole MacNeil of Woodstock was charged with the following:
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada ~ Criminal Code of Canada
- Possession Break – In Instruments ~ Criminal Code of Canada
- Class G licence holder – unaccompanied by qualified driver ~ Highway Traffic Act
- Drive without proper headlights – motor vehicle ~ Highway Traffic Act
28 year old Leo Belmore of Woodstock was charged with the following:
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada ~ Criminal Code of Canada
- Possession Break – In Instruments ~ Criminal Code of Canada
- Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana – under 30 grams ~ Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
42 year old Dwayne Kish of Ingersoll was charged with the following:
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada ~ Criminal Code of Canada
- Possession Break – In Instruments ~ Criminal Code of Canada
