The city of Stratford is facing a 25-million dollar lawsuit. CTV Kitchener reports a numbered company has filed the suit over land that was expropriated in the city's downtown. It's known as "The Cooper Site", which is a parking lot dedicated to the future University of Waterloo Campus in Stratford. The lawsuit seeks 25-million dollars, covering a loss of income dating back to the 90's, and 12% interest.
