The Canadian Food Inspection Agency reports one illness linked to slices produced by Sun Rich Fresh Foods in Brampton, Ontario.
The recall covers Sun Rich Apple Slices in various-sized packages with a best-before date of May 17th.
Other affected Sun Rich products include Fruit Medley, Waldorf Salad Kit and Apple Slices with Grapes, while Shoppers Drug Mart Apples and Grapes, Starbucks Seasonal Fruit Salad and Subway Apples are also part of the recall.
Symptoms of listeriosis include vomiting, persistent fever and severe headache
