Monday December 15th is the registration deadline.
SOUTH-WEST OXFORD - Registration is now open for the South-West Oxford Christmas Lights Contest.
Township Councillor Valerie Durston says the Engage and Inform Committee has been holding it for the past eight years now.
"It's a contest for people in the community to show all of their hard work in putting all of their Christmas lights up. It also brings the community together to do something wonderful at Christmas."
All you have to do is fill out the form online here and upload a photo of your outdoor lights before Monday, December 15th.
Durston says the judges will visit all of the homes in person next Thursday.
"Pictures are absolutely beautiful, but when you see the display in person it's marvelous!"
The judges will select winners for the three categories; Traditional, Family and Most Original. Prizes will be awarded as well.
