Police have arrested a 15 year old teen from Brantford and have a warrant out for a 17 year old after a home invasion in Delhi earlier this month.
DELHI - Norfolk OPP have arrested a 15 year old teenager from Brantford after a home invasion in Delhi.
Police say two teenagers stormed into the home on Main Street on Thursday February 7th. They were brandishing edge weapons and left the home with a number of electronic items.
The occupants of the home were not injured and immediately contacted police. Both suspects were described to police as males, black and approximately 16 years of age.
Today police announced they have arrested and charged a 15 year old from Brantford with the following crimes.
- Robbery with weapon
- Break and enter
- Unlawfully in a dwelling
- Fail to comply with recognizance.
Investigators have identified the second youth as a 17-year-old male of Brantford, Ontario and have obtained a warrant for his arrest for the following offences:
- Robbery with weapon
- Break and enter
- Unlawfully in a dwelling
- Fail to comply with sentence
- Fail to comply with recognizance.
