All of the proceeds from the dinner and dance will support United Way Oxford.
WOODSTOCK - A new dinner and dance fundraiser is about to make its debut in Oxford County.
It's being organized by a new group called The Great Give and Cassandra Benard is one of the co-chairs.
"It's a collective of local business people and non-profit interested people to put together a gala so we can make a big impact with a donation coming up this year."
Casino Royale will takeover the Oxford Auditorium on Saturday May 23rd. It's a black-tie dinner and dance with a silent auction and cash bar as well.
Melissa MacLean is the other co-chair and she says they will also have casino games on site.
"So we'll have some poker, blackjack, roulette and other tables that will be available for people to play."
They will have non-cash related prizes for the winners.
Early bird tickets are currently on sale for $125 and they can be purchased through Eventbrite online here. The price will increase to $150 after January 31st. All of the proceeds from the event will be going to United Way Oxford.
Cassandra Benard and Melissa MacLean stopped by the Heart FM studio to chat with Dan and Marcie on Tuesday January 20th. You can listen to the full interview below:
