For the second day in a row there are under 100 cases of COVID-19 in Ontario following today's report from the Province. There was one new death and 36,590 resolved cases.
ONTARIO - There are 95 cases of COVID-19 confirmed in the province today.
The total number of cases in Ontario is at 40,289. Today's report says 5,902 of the cases are from residents living in long-term care homes and 2,611 of the cases are reported from a health care worker associated with outbreaks in long-term care homes.
There was one new death reported today and the provincial death toll climbs to 2,787 as a result, while there were 36,590 resolved cases.1,800 of the deaths are reported to be from residents living in long-term care homes and eight of the deaths are from health care workers in long-term care homes.
To date, there have been 2,468,640 tests completed and there are 22,054 currently under investigation.
Right now there are 49 patients in hospital with COVID-19, 20 patients are in hospital in ICU and ten patients currently in ICU are on a ventilator.
