A total of 9 commercial vehicles were taken out of service today during a focused enforcement blitz with Woodstock Police, the OPP and the MTO.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police teamed up with the OPP and MTO today for a focused Commercial Motor Vehicle Enforcement.
Together they stopped 19 commercial vehicles in the Friendly City. Officers handed out 5 tickets, 9 warnings were issued and 1 suspended driver was caught. Police also found 1 fraudulent use of a VCSA decal.
A total of 9 vehicles were put out of service for such issues with tires, brakes, steering components and insecure loads.
