The OPP are looking into a fatal collision on the 401 near Ingersoll.
INGERSOLL - The 401 is very backed up after a fatal collision.
Oxford OPP were called out to a two vehicle crash this morning around 6:30 a.m.
A vehicle hit the back of a transport truck as it was entering the highway from the Culloden ramp. The vehicle then crossed the highway and ran into the median.
The man who was driving the vehicle was taken to hospital by EMS where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the truck has no injuries.
The 401 eastbound is closed between Culloden and Highway 19 as the Technical Traffic Collision Investigators look into the crash.
