Stratford Police had a busy weekend full of noise complaints, bike thefts, and an arrest after a man hit a parked car while impaired.
STRATFORD - A hot summer weekend meant a busy couple of days for Stratford police.
Officers were called out multiple times for typical summer weekend trouble - minor liquor infractions and noise complaints.
They also investigated the theft of a 14 foot Jayco Quest trailer from a Boyd Street address and several reports of stolen bicycles.
A 56 year old man from Stratford was arrested on charges of impaired driving after an accident involving a parked car at Shakespeare and Downie Streets shortly before 8:30 p.m. on Friday night.
A 32 year old man from Cambridge was also arrested for theft, two counts of possession of stolen property, resisting arrest, and several breaches of court imposed conditions.
