Police say the sexual assaults and interference on minors happened over an 11 year period in Norfolk County and Niagara Falls.
Norfolk OPP have arrested a man who accused of sexually assaulting minors in Norfolk County and Niagara Falls over an 11 year period.
Police started investigating the sexual assault allegations on November 11th. They determined the accused took advantage of several minors at various locations in Norfolk and Niagara Falls.
37 year old Joseph Alan Anderson of Mattawa Ontario has been arrested and is facing a number of charges.
Charges include:
- Sexual Assault of a person under 16 years of age X7
- Sexual Interference of a person under 16 years of age X7
- Invitation to sexual touching of a person under 16 years of age X6
- Indecent Act on a person under 16 years of age
The accused is described as male, 6’1, 190lbs, thin build with grey hair and brown coloured eyes.
The investigation is ongoing and police would like to speak with anyone who has information related to the investigation as there could be more victims out there.
