For the second time in 2018, the Bethany Lutheran Church in Woodstock has been broken into and cash has been stolen.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police are searching for a heathen after cash was stolen from the Bethany Lutheran Church on Springbank Ave.
The church was broken into overnight between Sunday and Monday and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken. This is the second time this year the church has been targeted in this manner. In January, thieves stole a laptop, PA microphones and cash from the same church.
Both investigations are ongoing and the Woodstock Police Service would like to encourage anyone having information about them to call police at 519-537-2323 or Crime Stoppers 421-TIPS (8477) or toll free at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
