Police have charged a Brant County man with first degree murder.
BRANT COUNTY - A 50 year old man from Brant County has been charged with First Degree Murder.
Police arrested James Christopher Bamsey. He is accused of killing 69 year old Robert Waite of Brant County. Officers started the investigation into Bamsey after they found Waite's body at Diamond Towing on March 1st of this year. Brant OPP had been called to the business to check on his well being.
Waite's death was ruled as a homicide after a post-mortem examination from the coroner.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario of Justice, Brantford at a later date.
