NORFOLK COUNTY - Norfolk OPP are preaching safety first after a pulling over a pickup truck towing a van over the weekend.
The two vehicles were attached with a thin piece of rope. An OPP officer noticed the vehicles travelling through Simcoe and pulled them over. Constable Ed Sanchuk says we all have a part to to play and traffic safety is everyone's responsibility!
