All Canadians will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test upon entry, regardless of trip length.
The federal government has announced some changes regarding travel into Canada.
Health Minister Jean Yves Duclos says effective December 21st, all travelers coming into Canada will once again be required to show a negative COVID-19 test, regardless of trip length.
Travelers will need to take the test in a country other than Canada.
As well, the travel ban will be lifted at 11:59 p.m. tomorrow night for travelers returning from South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, Eswatini, Nigeria, Malawi and Egypt.
