Monster truck BIGFOOT will put on a show at the auto wrecker facility
CATHCART - The roar of a monster truck will be heard once again in Cathcart for Cathcart Auto Parts Customer Appreciation Day. The very popular BIGFOOT will return for a free event beginning at 11am at the auto wrecker facility.
Cathcart Employee, Anne Streatch, is looking forward to another great show that will mark the weekends 5th anniversary. "On Saturday we do a Customer Appreciation Day just to give back to the community as well to show our appreciation for keeping us in business, without them we wouldn't be able to. It is just our thanks back, and it is just a fun free day."
Streatch discusses how the popular day is going to be broke down. "We kind of have a pit party before so that Josh, the Bigfoot driver, is able to sign some autographs and get some pictures done. We also have quite a few prizes, so when you enter into the gate we will get you to fill out a card and the adults get prizes and the kids get toy trucks." Local race car driver Brittany Beatty will be on site showing off her car to the event that is free for all who attend. Burford will also be holding an event at the fairgrounds tomorrow for a family fun day.
