The next downtown shopping night is scheduled for the Thursday before Good Friday.
WOODSTOCK - You'll be able to hop into the Easter long weekend with the Downtown Woodstock BIA.
The next shopping night is happening on Thursday March 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Operations Manager Duane Kumala-Thomas says there will be a special Easter contest.
"There will be (Easter egg) stickers on the windows of participating businesses. We encourage participants to go in the store, take a photo, and share it on social media, but if you're not too keen on social media you can just e-mail us the photo. The more photos you take, the more entries you will get."
Those who participate will be entered for a chance to win one of three gift baskets, filled with goodies from some of the downtown businesses.
Kumala-Thomas says you'll also want to stop by Museum Square while you're out shopping.
"With the Woodstock Camera Club, we'll have a backdrop and you'll be able to come and get photos. Similar to what we had over the Christmas holidays, families will be able to get free photos taken so that will be nice."
The Downtown Woodstock Shopping Night is always on the last Thursday of every month and more details can be found on the Downtown Woodstock BIA website and Facebook page.
Duane Kumala-Thomas stopped by the Heart FM studio to chat with Dan and Marcie on Thursday March 21st. You can listen to the full interview below:
