INGERSOLL - A grade 11 student from Ingersoll is trying to raise funds to build a ramp for a young boy and his family.
Donald Heald is trying to raise $3,000 for Lyndon Kloss who has Christianson syndrome and is confined to a wheelchair. Heald started the campaign to build a ramp for Lyndon so he can get into his house. He tells Heart FM they will be doing a car wash for Lyndon on Saturday at the Fushion Youth Centre starting at 11 a.m. Donald is also planning to do a fundraiser at the Car-B-Que at his high school Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute on Friday May 29th at 11 a.m. All of the funds raised will towards purchasing a ramp for Lyndon whose family is having some tough times financially right now with things like medical bills.
