A commercial motor vehicle tipped over on Highway 59 early Saturday morning.
NORWICH TOWNSHIP - A Norwich Township man won't be driving for a while after emergency crews found a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in a ditch.
The OPP say the CMV tipped over on Highway 59 at around 2:00 a.m. on Saturday.
The 38-year-old behind the wheel was charged with operation while impaired by alcohol, operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80 and dangerous operation.
He's also facing a 90 day licence suspension and a seven day vehicle impound.
