Michael Rafferty's mother is in court to hear the defence's closing arguments in his trial in the abduction and murder of Tori Stafford. Deborah Murphy is among those in court for the final days of the trial. Heart FM's Blair Wilson reports on the Defence's closing address today, saying lawyer Dirk Derstine is telling the jury they need to differentiate direct evidence and circumstantial evidence. Derstine says McClintic had an "alarming propensity for violence", and read more passages to that effect from her journal.
