Police were called after a man was barking and howling at his neighbours in the middle of the night to prove a point.
SIMCOE - Maybe not the most mature way to settle an argument with your neighbour.
Police say a man started barking and howling outside his window on Grove Street in Simcoe during the middle of the night on Saturday. The 41 year old man was trying to get his neighbours dogs riled up to prove a point, because they have been barking a lot recently and keeping people awake.
Officers were able to speak to both men involved in this particular incident and mediate a resolution. Both men were cautioned about the Norfolk County Noise Bylaw.
